Consultation Coffee Morning- 12th October 2024

On 12th / 13th October 2024 the Little Hallingbury Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group hosted Coffee Morning and Consultation events in the Village Hall to which all Residents were invited.  

The objective was to explain the scope and content that is currently proposed for the Neighbourhood Plan and obtain Residents’ feedback on the work undertaken thus far; giving Residents an opportunity to have input at an early stage, whilst we are still working on putting the Plan together. 

The Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group’s aim throughout has been to be make this Plan community led. Therefore, everything has and will be built on the comments, views, concerns and wishes of everyone who has participated in the process.

The events were attended by 60 people over the two days. Attendees were asked to complete a five question survey and comment form, and to place stickers on information boards to indicate their agreement or otherwise to the questions which appeared in the survey.

In addition to answering the five survey questions attendees were asked to give their own comments to the proposals. These have been reviewed and responded to by the Steering Group.
