The Little Hallingbury Neighbourhood Plan has now reached Regulation 15 of the Neighbourhood Plan Regulations. The Plan and supporting documents have been formally submitted to Uttlesford District Council (UDC).
The next stage – Regulation 16 – will involve a formal public consultation carried out by UDC.
What Happens Next
Following submission at Regulation 15:
UDC will publicise the Little Hallingbury Neighbourhood Plan.
UDC will undertake a minimum six-week Regulation 16 consultation.
All comments received during the consultation will be forwarded to the independent examiner for consideration.
Details of how and when to comment will be provided by UDC as part of the Regulation 16 consultation.
