Regulation16 Consultation 19 Feb - 2 Apr 2026

We are delighted to say that the Regulation 16 Consultation for the Little Hallingbury Neighbourhood Plan (LHNP) is now live and will run from 19 February until 2 April 2026.

Uttlesford District Council has reviewed the submission and is satisfied that it meets the requirements of Regulation 15, confirming that the LHNP is legally compliant and complete, and can therefore can proceed to Regulation 16 (publicity and consultation).

The Uttlesford District Council website page for the LHNP Regulation 16 Consultation can be accessed via the following link:

This consultation is the main opportunity to formally support, object to, or suggest changes. Here you can review the revised Plan and submit your comments online or download a paper form to send in. We encourage all residents to take a few minutes to read the Plan and provide their feedback – whether supportive or otherwise – as all representations will be considered by the independent examiner.

The consultation opened on 19 February 2026 and will run for six weeks until 2 April, after which the Plan will move on to independent examination. All comments received will be passed to the independent examiner.
